21 Day Fast Part 7

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of honeydew

1.5 cups of dragon fruit

1/2 cup of pineapple

1 cup of water + ice

2) Potato Avocado

Ingredients:

1/8 cup of chopped cilantro

1/2 cup of wedged potatoes

1 whole lemon juiced

salt

1/2 cup of chopped onion

1 whole avocado

1 tsp of garlic powder and onion powder

Directions:

In a bowl, pour 1 TBS of lemon juice and a dash of salt and wedged potatoes & onions -

mix

Air fry mixed potatoes (or bake) 400 degrees for 15 min.

Then put cooked vegetables in a bowl, add cilantro, salt, the rest of the lemon juice,

garlic powder, and onion powder.

3) Christmas Salad

I call it this because the colors remind me of Christmas ^.^ It's so delicious if you pair it with some mixed greens, but you can pair it with whatever base you'd like, steamed kale would be awesome with this vegetable medley too.

Ingredients:

1 zucchini half-moons Airfryed (no oil/or salt)

1 red bell pepper chopped Airfryed (no oil/or salt)

1/2 onion chopped Airfryed (no oil/or salt)

1/2 halved tomatoes

3 cups of greens (your choice)

1 cup of guacamole

Tastes amazing! I didn't add anything else to it. Just mixed everything up

* NOTE - all vegetables were airfryed at 400 @ 10 min. separately
