My wife and I have been using the Vegfit app for the last 6 weeks. and we love the fresh spin on many well-known exercises which helps keep things interesting. Pearl also included many new exercises which were fun to learn, and make a great balanced workout. The video demonstrations are amazing, and to me this is what takes the app to the next level. I've have already recommended Vegfit many times!
I found Pearl through a fitness challenge. The VegFit Warrior app was part of the challenge, and was super intuitive, easy to use, and had descriptions and video examples of exercises for the ones I wasn't sure about. I had a really good experience with it, and highly recommend it.

I came in the door around 260+ lbs with Severe Hypertension and 11 A1c Type 2 Diabetes . Immediately after meeting Pearl , she taught me about RAW Whole Foods , what the body needs on a daily basis, proper sleep and low stress. Minus 60 lbs later here we are. A complete 180 degree turnaround, today my A1C is in check ( around 5.5 A1C) , blood pressure is in check , and I’m already on my 2nd ski trip this year February 2022. Thanks for everything P, you got me back on track with a brand new outlook on how to eat to live .
I join Pearl about 2 months ago, best decision I made towards my health goals. Pearl is very informative, motivating, just a great person. Her energy keeps you going and you learn more each time you have a session with her. I’m very grateful to be apart of her team.
I have only been training with Pearl for a short amount of time and have already noticed major improvement with my weight loss journey. Coming to Pearl, I had a lot of health issues and previous injuries that limited my mobility but now I am well on my way of becoming an avid runner. Pearl is not only a personal trainer, she's a life coach and very knowledgeable about personal health, nutrition, and how it can effect your daily life - she also keeps up with new trends and ideas that might be of benefit. Best of all, Pearl has a friendly disposition, an infectious, optimistic attitude, and a great sense of humor but make no mistake: she will work you hard and push you to go beyond your self-perceived limits at every session. Pearl is so awesome at what she does! You can tell that she is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. She is tough too! I worked with Pearl for a year and enjoyed having her as my training. Pearl is a ball of energy! Her smile and energy helps prepare your mind for a great workout.
What I loved most, was her ability to modify my workouts around the issues I was having with my shoulders and knees. I also loved that she pushed me beyond my comfort zone and made sure I had proper form to prevent injury. She also gave me tips on quick and healthy meals because of my busy lifestyle. Pearl is everything that I look for in a personal trainer. She is professional, encouraging, caring, and amazing at what she does. I am very happy to be Pearl's student, she is very easy to follow and learn from as an instructor but always makes sure that our training sessions are very challenging. A few weeks ago I started doing my classes with my wife and it's own of our most favorite activities as a couple. We get to workout together and get closer to our fitness goals together and Pearl is great in making sure we are both engaged. I recommend her classes!
