Avocado Choco

"I'm not much of chocoholic, but this is pretty dang good!"


Recipe below:



This was good for 4-6 people depending on your scoop size



Avocado Choco Pudding:

2 large avocados

1/2 cup of dried dates or dried plums

1-1 1/2 cup of almond milk

1/8 of cup of dried shredded coconut

2 TBS of cacao powder

2 tsp of vanilla extract

Topping possibilities:

goji berries

chia seeds

almond milk


shredded coconut



fresh fruits

How to:

1) In a blender, put everything for the Avocado Choco Pudding. Blend until nice and creamy and to the desired texture. Add the almond milk gradually.

2) Add the toppings for desired presentation.
