Recipe below:


For one person about 32 oz

* 2 bananas

* 1/2 cup of frozen mangos

* 1/2 dragon fruit

* 1 - 1 1/2 cups of water 

Topping options for smoothie bowl: 

* hemp seed

* cacao nibs

* slices of fresh fruit (mango, apple, papaya)

* coconut shreds

* dried fruit of your choice (raisins, cranberry, blueberry, strawberry)

* chia seed

* mixed nuts

* corn flakes

* granola

* acai berries

* gogi berries

How to:

1) Using either a blender or hand blender put all the fruits inside plus water, make sure the water doesn't exceed the fruit amount or it will come out too watery and not creamy

2) Drink and enjoy or add your toppings to add some extra nutritional benefits
