Recipe below:

How to:


Great for 1-3 people 

Soak, drain & rinse 1/2 cup of cashews

4 1/2 cups of diced potatoes

        (2 1/2 cups for cream sauce,  2 cups for veggie)

1 cup of vegan sausages (seitan)

1 carrot (half moons)

1 diced onion

1/2 TBS of minced garlic

1 TBS of basil

1 cube of vegetable bouillon

1 tsp of salt 

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 cup of almond milk (give or take)

3 TBS of nutritional yeast

Creame Sauce:

1) Boil 2 1/2 cups of potatoes and drain them

2) In a blender add cashews, potatoes, basil, nutritional yeast, salt, bouillon and almond milk. 

3) Add more almond milk to get the creamy consistency 

Sauted veggies:

1) In a pan, add water, onions and minced garlic and saute

2) Add potatoes (cook until tender)

3) Add carrots and cover (simmer for about 5 min.)

4) Add seitan and cabbage (simmer till cabbages are tender)

5) Add creame sauce

6) Add garlic salt and almond milk if the sauce gets too thick

7) Add salt/ pepper to taste
